Adopt Decolonize as a subheader or part of the Occupy Name to help express solidarity to groups marginalized by the occupation of their land.  Clarifies that while we are Occupy, we are in solidarity with those whose land is being occupied by the US.  Changed by Friendly amendment to acknowledge we are in solidarity with the struggles of marginalized groups and those whose land is occupied at the beginning of each GA.  More specific wording to be worked out soon.
